Error message:
“Peer selected (single) DES as an encryption method. This algorithm is considered too weak today. If you still want to use it, enable single DES in your account.”
Please do the following steps to enable Single DES
1. Open Shimo Preferences
2. Got to the General tab and open the corresponding account in Shimo (see screenshot).
3. Got to Expert tab and enable Expert Mode.
4. Add a new entry in the expert tab, click +.
5. In the left column you need to write the following: Enable Single DES.
